Programme and Project Management Services

At Blakelock Consulting, I specialise in delivering large and complex ICT enabled business change based on  over 30 years of programme and project management experience.  I am qualified in PRINCE2, Managing Successful Programmes, and Management of Portfolios and I am Chartered IT Professional.

I have a strong delivery track record managing diverse stakeholder groups to demanding timescales. Assignments have ranged from management of complex business change programmes and organisational restructures, to establishing Programme Management Offices.  I have managed large teams and multi-million pound budgets. I have considerable experience of the complete project lifecycle, from defining the business case, scope and objectives, through mobilising the team, managing stakeholders, delivering outputs and realising benefits.

As you would expect, I am entirely client-focused, engaging at board level, to translate visions into tangible and realistic delivery programmes. I am very much hands on, and able to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and external third-parties, to ensure benefits and outcomes are realised.
